Today saw the launch of B-Hive 2010 with a full page ad in The Birmingham Post. Our ad, part of a campaign, promotes the B-Hive awards scheme that encourages student talent to remain within the city following graduation.
Brainchild of Pitch Consultants, B-Hive is offering 24 paid for placements at the regions top agencies to the winners, the briefs are available to the city's university students and cover a wide range of marketing subjects.
The ad was shot and art directed by Helen Williams where hundreds of dead bees (supplied by a local bee keeper) auditioned for the starring roles. We also designed the striking and simple corporate identity. The website was designed and developed by our sister digital agency, One Black Bear.
