Here's our ad for new client, National Energy Rating. It emphasises the little known fact that if you're a landlord and don't have an Energy Performance Certificate for your property, then you could be liable for a £5,000 fine.
Taking a different art directional route to so many competitors in the marketplace we commissioned the fabulous Elly Walton to illustrate the concept up for us. More ads will follow next year as the campaign rolls out.
